However, we understand that sometimes things may not work out as planned.
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase or have encountered an issue that we were unable to resolve, we are happy to offer a refund within 7 days of your original purchase.

. After 7 days, no refunds can be processed. Additionally, refunds paid with credit cards will generally be processed and funds returned to the debit card on the customer’s bank account within 20 business days, however, there may be cases where it takes up to 90 days.

However, please note that we will not be able to issue a refund or a partial refund in the following situations:
.The customer did not like the channel lineup or performance of our service. We recommend that customers take advantage of our test service before purchasing a subscription.
.The customer was unable to set up the service on their own device. While we will provide support to help with configuration, we are limited in our ability to troubleshoot issues that may be specific to the customer’s device.
.Channels were freezing or not working. While most of our servers are stable, there may be instances where channels freeze or do not work due to various reasons such as customer internet fluctuations, issues with the customer’s device or internet service provider, or server-side issues.
.The customer changed their mind and would like to switch to a different server. Customers may still subscribe to other servers by purchasing a new subscription.
.In case the customer is not able to set up the I.P.T.V service on any of their devices within 1 day of activation, we will refund the full subscription purchase price.
To request a refund, please email our support team with your transaction order ID and a description of the issues you have encountered and the reason for requesting a refund.
Our team will review your request and assist you in processing the refund. Please note that refund processing time may take up to 20-90 business days and is subject to the policies of our payment processors.
